IKEA Food Co- Worker Kitchen is hiring for the role of Food Co-Worker-Kitchen!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Act as a commercial business partner within the IKEA store
- Contribute to IKEA Retail Food business goals while ensuring compliance with brand standards and sustainability strategies
- Implement global and national compliance standards to ensure a safe environment for customers and co-workers
- Act as a brand ambassador for IKEA and IKEA Retail Food
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and exceed expectations
- Apply retail foundations and sales steering tools to optimize commercial results
- Collect and act upon customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Take initiative and ownership of actions and results
- Support the implementation of unit business plans and other action plans
- Build personal competence while contributing to a high-performing team
Requirements:
- Passion for people, food, and business growth
- Experience in high-volume customer-facing or business environments (preferred)
